La proprietaria del bar mi ha spiegato che viene torrefatto da loro utilizzando ben 7 qualità di caffè diverse tutte di puro arabica, provenienti da ben 7 paesi diversi tra loro, i cui produttori sono certificati tra i migliori del mondo. La ricetta ovviamente resta segreta. Di fatto c'è, come mi ha consigliato la proprietaria del bar ed io mi sono lasciato convincere ad assaggiarlo senza zuccherarlo, che devo ammettere che aveva ragione lei a dire che è molto più buono senza zucchero e non è per nulla amaro. La proprietaria mi ha spiegato che per capire se un caffè è di qualità o scadendente bisogna, in effetti, assaggiarlo senza zuccherarlo e se non risulta gradevole, anche agli amanti del caffè zuccherato, è di dubbia qualità. Brama coffee is certainly the best ever.
