★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato delle capsule tramite Groupon, ultimando quindi l'acquisto sul sito chiccoricco.
Purtroppo la spedizione è stata molto lenta, ci può stare in questo periodo di pandemia ma il caffè è pur sempre un bene primario. La motivazione è che Lavazza non gli faceva arrivare da alcuni giorni le capsule in questione (miscela "Deciso"). Arrivate dopo 11 giorni.
L'altro motivo delle 3 stelle è il modo in cui sono arrivate: la scatola principale era praticamente rotta in tutti gli angoli e le capsule dentro ne hanno risentito, essendo poi rivestite dal cappuccio in alluminio.

Unfortunately the expedition has been very slow, it can be in this pandemic period but coffee is still a primary good. The reason is that Lavazza had not sent him the capsules in question for a few days ("Deciso" mixture). Arrive after 11 days.
The other reason for the 3 stars is the way they arrived: the main box was practically broken in all corners and the capsules inside were affected, being then covered by the aluminum cap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi consiglio di controllare subito al corriere cosa vi mandano altrimenti quando chiederete spiegazioni vi sentirete dire quello avevo e quello vi hò mandato non posso fare altro!! È successo a me. Per il resto sono veloci nella spedizione, e hanno buoni prezzi. Io personalmente non farò mai più ordini da loro.
I advise you to immediately check the courier what they send you otherwise when you ask for explanations you will hear what I had and what I sent you I can't do anything else !! It happened to me. For the rest they are fast in shipping, and have good prices. I personally will never order from them again.
