★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono poco professionali. Ineccepibile lo staff infermieristico che ha svolto il prelievo del sangue, ma gli esami di laboratorio sono arrivati in ritardo ed erano errati: alcuni parametri non variano così tanto nell'arco di così poco tempo, e allarmato ho dovuto fare nuove analisi.
They are unprofessional. The nursing staff who carried out the blood sampling were flawless, but the laboratory tests arrived late and were wrong: some parameters do not vary so much in such a short time, and alarmed I had to do new analyzes.
