Ho chiamato l'assicurazione che mi ha messo in contatto con loro, atteso 3h per il loro arrivo, caricato e ancorato la motocicletta incidentata da solo perché l'operatore non poteva poichè era stato operato di ernia e alla mia richiesta di portarla in officina specializzata, mi sento rispondere di no perché: A) è troppo distante. B) perché non rientrava nella fascia chilometrica coperta dalla assicurazione (nonostante mi sia più volte offerto di pagare la differenza). C) perché non sapevano quanto farmi pagare per la differenza (affermazione poi corretta con cifre a mio dire fuori luogo). D) perché se portavano la mia moto col carro attrezzi, poi loro non avevano il mezzo per eventuali altri soccorsi (ironico che poi il veicolo di soccorso sia rimasto in sede nel pomeriggio mentre aspettavo che un mio conoscente venisse a prendere me e la motocicletta). In sostanza mi hanno solo spostato la moto di circa 8-10 km da dove ero , prendendosi ovviamente il compenso dalla assicurazione. Però mi hanno offerto il caffè alle macchinette quindi una stella ci sta! I certainly cannot be satisfied. I called the insurance company who put me in contact with them, waited 3 hours for their arrival, loaded and anchored the motorcycle that had been damaged by myself because the operator could not because he had been operated on for a hernia and at my request to take it to a specialized workshop , I am told no because: A) is too far away. B) because it did not fall within the mileage range covered by the insurance (although I have repeatedly offered to pay the difference). C) because they did not know how much to charge me for the difference (this statement was later corrected with figures that in my opinion are out of place). D) because if they brought my motorcycle with the tow truck, then they did not have the means for any other rescue (ironic that the rescue vehicle remained in place in the afternoon while I was waiting for an acquaintance of mine to come to take me and the motorcycle) . Basically they only moved the bike about 8-10 km from where I was, obviously taking the compensation from the insurance. But they offered me coffee at the machines so there is a star!

L’assicurazione mi ha malauguratamente mandato il titolare di questo concessionario come “assistenza” stradale. Come ho letto di altre persone anche io Ho dovuto collaborare nel caricare la moto sul carroattrezzi ma non importa questo! Risultato 3 giorni per avere la ruota della moto 300€ di spesa!!! In concessionario UFFICIALE Yamaha per la stessa ruota 190€ compresa iva! 1 ora e 40 min di manodopera dichiarata per poi scoprire che l’hanno montata storta di 5mm!!! INCAPACI (sempre ammesso che il lavoro l’abbiano svolto loro) E DISONESTI SOPRATTUTTO I had a problem with the rear wheel of the bike (it was finished and therefore clearly to change). Lavori eseguiti a regola d'arte e prezzi ragionevoli. Official VW-AUDI dealership / workshop, but they repair any other brand. Serious and prepared staff, very kind the lady at the reception. Works performed in a workmanlike manner and at reasonable prices.

Mi hanno dato la macchina col tappo del radiatore aperto, il giorno dopo mi sono accorta, dopo 300 km in autostrada..oltre al fatto che hanno sbagliato ad ordinare il pezzo del ricambio ed sono dovuta andare in albergo 2 notti x l'incompetenza loro, ero di passaggio nel Trentino !! Avrei dovuto presentare il conto pure io, vergogna!! Experience not to be repeated, dear and incompetent! They gave me the car with the radiator cap open, the next day I realized, after 300 km on the highway ... besides the fact that they made a mistake in ordering the spare part and I had to go to the hotel 2 nights for their incompetence , I was passing through Trentino !! I should have presented the bill too, shame !!

Avendo visto noi, 4 ragazze in vacanza e con un minimo problema all’auto che, probabilmente non capiscono niente di meccanica hanno provato a truffarci chiedendoci dei soldi per un lavoro che non è nemmeno stato svolto. Per fortuna abbiamo capito che era una truffa e quando il signor Cozzio ha capito che eravamo informate ci ha detto che era stato un errore e che non dovevamo più pagare nulla. Ma pensa te. Tuffatori schifosi. Scammers and tourist profiteers. Having seen us, 4 girls on vacation and with a minimal car problem who probably don't understand anything about mechanics, they tried to scam us by asking us for money for a job that hasn't even been done. Luckily we realized it was a scam and when Mr. Cozzio realized we were informed he told us that it had been a mistake and that we no longer had to pay anything. But think of you. Shitty divers.
C	Claudia Calzetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NON METTERE MAI PIEDE IN QUESTO POSTO. CI HANNO MINACCIATI. Siamo dei ragazzi di vent’anni. Oltre ad averci chiesto dei soldi per un lavoro che non è stato fatto, quindi per averci quasi truffati se non ce ne fossimo accorti in tempo, ci hanno pure telefonato e minacciato di togliere la recensione negativa altrimenti sarebbero andati sul penale. Robe da matti. NEVER STAND IN THIS PLACE. WE HAVE THREATENED US. We are twenty year old boys. In addition to asking us for money for a job that has not been done, so for having almost scammed us if we did not notice in time, they also phoned us and threatened to remove the negative review otherwise they would have gone on the penalty. Crazy stuff.

L'assicurazione sfortunatamente mi ha mandato da loro, ho lasciato l'auto tutta la notte in un parcheggio perché non avevano disponibilità col carroattrezzi, e fin qui tutto abbastanza bene. La mia auto aveva bisogno di stare al caldo per scongelare il freno a mano. Dopo averli contattati diverse volte la giornata successiva per assicurarmi che la macchina si fosse scongelata e non ci fossero altri lavori da fare, a grande sorpresa, quando ritiro l'auto, mi vengono richiesti 120 euro per lavori fatti, senza avvisare. Volendo potevo darne 100 senza ricevuta..dopo aver contattato il mio meccanico di fiducia, spiego che mi sembra strano che abbiano effettuato altri lavori se non tenere la macchina 'al caldo'. Con grande pazienza, insistenze per capire quali lavori avessero effettuato, mi hanno lasciato andare via senza pagare nulla. Senza nessuna spiegazione. Dopo una recensione negativa mi hanno chiamata, minacciando di togliere la recensione altrimenti avrebbero proceduto per vie legali. Vedete un po' voi!!! BAD EXPERIENCE!
