Accoglienza buona, il venditore Massimo B. è stato ottimo per spiegazioni e per il feeling che ha creato, vero è il suo mestiere ma lo fa bene e con correttezza. Dopo aver girato diversi concessionari e fatto molti preventivi ho deciso, previo appuntamento, di partire da Cuneo per raggiungere la sede Lancar di Borgaretto (TO). L'accoglienza è stata fantastica, mi ha seguito il mitico Antonio Magnifico, già nominato in molte recensioni. Cercavo qualcosa in pronta consegna e, con ottima competenza tecnica, illustrandomi le varie differenze tra modelli e versioni mi ha fatto vedere la disponibilità di ciò che aveva in pronta consegna. Inutile dire che il preventivo era nettamente inferiore agli altri che avevo fatto e non solo, dopo aver accettato a voce , mentre sviluppava il contratto senza che chiedessi niente mi ha ancora tolto 500 euro e regalato un cavo di ricarica del valore di oltre 200 euro. Avevo poi chiesto la gentilezza di consegnarmi la macchina prima del 15 settembre perché l'attuale auto che avevo sarebbe poi risultata una di quelle bloccate dalle norme antismog e così è stato. Auto consegnata il 9 settembre. La Sig.ra Denise con infinita gentilezza e cortesia mi ha illustrato nel dettaglio le varie attività burocratiche e il sig. Giovanni dopo aver rimosso il telo di protezione, mi ha spiegato per filo e per segno tutte le funzionalità della macchina. Sono appassionato di auto da tutta la vita e ne posseggo diverse da collezione e posso affermare che in questo autosalone ho trovato competenza (virtù rara in questo settore) , gentilezza, convenienza e cortesia.
