Dopo un un mese l'ho riportato al negozio. Lo ha ritirato e rilasciato un buono acquisto di pari importo. VORREI CHE TUTTI COLORO CHE LAVORANO IN PROPRIO PRENDESSERO ESEMPIO DAL PROPRIETARIO DI QUESTO NEGOZIO. HA RISPOSTO LUI IN PRIMA PERSONA SENZA DELEGARE A NESSUNO. COMPLIMENTI AL PROPRIETARIO E ALLA QUALITA' DEL NEGOZIO.

It would be nice if all the clothing merchants were like Country Club. I bought a cashmere sweater which I thought was having problems. After a month I took it back to the shop. He collected it and issued a voucher of the same amount. I WOULD LIKE ALL THOSE WHO WORK ON THEIR OWN EXAMPLE FROM THE OWNER OF THIS STORE HE REPLYED IN FIRST PERSON WITHOUT DELEGATING TO ANYONE. CONGRATULATIONS TO THE OWNER AND TO THE QUALITY OF THE STORE.
