Io e mio marito, seppur non essendo a palermo, Abbiamo programmato il nostro viaggio di nozze con Costa Viaggi, nonostante i 1500km di distanza ? Niente ci ha fermato, ed il viaggio di nozze STUPENDO! Il personale? che dire… gentilissimi, professionali, disponibili… in un periodo di forte stress ( come quello del matrimonio ?) hanno saputo organizzare tutto nel miglior dei modi! Io e mio marito abbiamo passato 8 giorni di pure relax e divertimento… proprio come volevamo. Continueremo a scegliere Costa viaggi per i nostri viaggi ? GRAZIE a tutto lo staff!!! We are very happy! Ho prenotato per Dubai e dall’hotel al volo devo dire è stato tutto perfetto ( visto anche il periodo incerto a causa della pandemia) La loro vicinanza è stata costante durante tutto il viaggio su qualsiasi dubbio o perplessità che io avessi! Mi affiderò nuovamente a loro per una nuova meta sicuramente. Inoltre lo consiglio vivamente a coloro che si vogliono affacciare al mondo dei viaggi spendendo il giusto con servizio top! Loro in modo molto paziente, gentile e attento hanno soddisfatto le richieste della mia famiglia, venendoci incontro ed effettuando quasi tutta la prenotazione telefonicamente a causa dei nostri impegni lavorativi e della nostra impossibilità a recarci in agenzia, consigliandoci un viaggio meno caro rispetto ad un’altra mia richiesta più cara visto che sarebbe stato un peccato avendo un bambino piccolo che non avrebbe usufruito di tutti quei giochi che il villaggio proponeva… mi sono trovata benissimo su ogni punto di vista e adesso e ancora oggi ringrazio Facebook che mi ha fatto trovare questa splendida agenzia con ottime persone. Comincio con dirvi che conosco l’agenzia Costa viaggi da troppo tempo. Da quando più di 5 anni fa mi propose un viaggio last minute per Malta, dove il prezzo mi sembrava talmente basso da non credere di riuscire a farlo sul serio, invece è andato alla grande e ho trovato tutti i confort che (visto il prezzo)non pensavo di trovare. Continuo dicendo che nel 2021 nel pieno del caos pandemico da covid sono riusciti in pochi giorni ad organizzarmi un viaggio di nozze che si è adattato ai nostri desideri. Ci siamo divertiti e rilassati proprio come volevamo, ma soprattutto ci hanno incoraggiato fino alla fine e ci hanno supportato in tutto e per tutto nonostante le normative di quel periodo che non erano per niente chiare. Continuo con dirvi che li abbiamo scelti anche per fare dei regali ai nostri testimoni e compari, e poiché erano fin troppi, e con esigenze diverse, hanno cercato di pazientare e accontentare tutti. Soprattutto di accontentare noi sposi che avevamo un budget che doveva bastare per tutti. Per noi sono un punto di riferimento. Ormai riusciamo ad organizzarci anche tramite telefono perché si è creato un rapporto di fiducia reciproca. Dopo diverse tappe.. la nostra prossima tappa sarà Parigi. Non vedo l’ora.
