Lo suggerisco non solo a chi abbia la necessità di risolvere quei problemi di una certa complessità, che richiedono l’ausilio di un valido professionista. Io ritengo che la psicoterapia possa dare sostegno anche per eliminare quelle piccole paure, che ognuno di noi può avere nell'affrontare la normale vita quotidiana. Timori spesso dovuti a qualche nostro comportamento sbagliato, che ci portiamo appresso da sempre e che non siamo in grado di riconoscere e correggere, semplicemente perché non abbiamo la competenza necessaria per farlo. La psicoterapia aiuta. Parlo per esperienza personale. Vorrei evidenziare che la psicoterapia è una branca della Scienza attuale che vanta conoscenza ed esperienza, acquisite negli anni; requisiti, questi, racchiusi nella figura professionale che la Dottoressa Nocera rappresenta, uniti ad una sensibilità e ad un intuito propri, innati, non comuni. Non avendo mai avuto esperienze di questo tipo chiesi informazioni ad amici, subito dopo mi fornirono il contatto della dott.ssa Nocera. Il percorso da me affrontato insieme alla dott.ssa Nocera ha completamente cambiato la visione di ciò che penso di me e degli altri. Non mi aspettavo un cambiamento del genere o quanto meno non in un breve periodo. Mi sono trovato molto bene ed adesso mi sento molto meglio. After years of problems and misadventures I decided to turn to someone who could help me get out of it.
