โ โ โ โ โ We used Cortina Express Bus between Mastre train station and Cortina and back to Treviso. The buses are clean, comfortable, well maintained, and the drivers are safe, professional drivers. The prices were reasonable.

โ โ โ โ โ I do not often leave bad reviews, but this was a terrible experience with the driver. I had a small 40 L bag with all my belongings neatly packed, and he would not let me bring it on the bus. I did not argue, but was annoyed at our stop at the airport when he let people with bigger bags bring them on. Also, there are assigned seats, which neither the person at the ticket station, nor the driver explained. When the next batch of people came on the bus, he told us to get up and sit in the back. He was very rude and didn't explain where to find our ticket number (it's not obvious on the print out they give you). He then proceeded to be rude to another couple that had just moved back, telling them to go further back, but never helped or explained anything. Just truly bad customer service and inconsistent. He seemed much kinder to people who spoke Italian. I can understand language barriers are frustrating, but it takes patience, not anger.

โ โ โ โ โ The bus came in Dobbiaco at 10:04 and left at 10:06. I was sitting on a bench in the bus stop, because I have some health issues and before I had the time to get to it, the driver simply closed the door in front of me and left, leaving me shouting after him. A terrible company! Don't you ever think to book tickets with them!

โ โ โ โ โ A very lousy company! The driver was in such a hurry that he couldn't wait for me to get from the bench รฎn the bus stop to the bus. He saw me running and shouting, but he simply left. When I called the company, nobody spoke English. I asked for a refund or a reschedule of the ticket, but I got no reply. Shame on you, Cortina Express! I hope you'll get ouศ of the market soon.

โ โ โ โ โ We bought a joint tickets from Passo Lazarego to Dobbiaco via transit in Cortina. Our initial bus was 10 min late and our connexion in Cortina did not wait for us and we had no information. We had to wait 1 hour for the next bus. Not very professionnal.

โ โ โ โ โ Bus was fine but no outlets and the wifi didn't work. Something to be aware of THIS BUS LEAVES AT THE TIME ON UR TICKET. Like the driver has his foot on the gas the second the clock ticks over. The driver loads 10mins or so before so you should be waiting 10-15mins before.
