Già dover lasciare le chiavi non mi entusiasmava, ma al ritorno ho trovato nuovi graffi sulla fiancata (tanto che ho tolto io le pietruzze e la polvere che c'era sopra e che era stata causata dall'urto, polvere che rra presente anche sullo specchietto destro, lato danno) e hanno avuto il barbaro coraggio di dirmi di faccia e faccia che i graffi erano precedenti (quella fiancata è rovinata da tempo, ma nella parte inferiore, infatti nel danno presenta ruggine mentre nei nuovi graffi superiori la ruggine non c'era). Ovviamente il torto secondo loro era mio, perché la macchina "era così già da prima", approfittando dell'ora tarda e del fatto che ero sola, e anche con atteggiamento maleducato e non aperto al dialogo. Ich hatte vorher gesagt 3 Tage, wann ich das Auto abstelle und wann ich es abhole. Da hätte er direkt sagen können, dass wir 4 volle Tage bezahlen müssen. Das ist ein Verhalten eines Kleinkriminellen. Auch ein Kratzer hatte ich hinterher am Auto. Es gibt bessere Garagen die fairer abrechnen und auch noch besser zum Hafen liegen. Das ist eine einzige Kungelei zwischen Taxifahren und den Unternehmen. Bei solchen Menschen ist es kein Wunder wenn Sizilien einen schlechten Ruf bekommt. It's not clever to leave a wallet inside a car, I know. On the other hand, you don't exepct to be robbed by people who were paid to guard your car. A person who stole my wallet has attempted to do 1000 EUR online transaction.
N	Nick O'Brien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a review for Eolian Shuttle (owned by Adige Car Center) You cannot trust this company - and I would strongly encourage all who are considering booking with them to reconsider. They have proven deceitful and underhanded. I needed to cancel my return transfer booking - and so gave over 1 months notice of my request asking if I would be refunded. Since then, they have simply ignored me. No reply or explanation given. I have called, emailed and even visited their office in Milazzo in person - only to be told "the manager will call you back" by poor Nancy on the desk who by now must be as frustrated with her employer as I am. There are several alternative companies and I would suggest comparing reviews such as these before booking to avoid disappointment. Companies like this will just take your money and don't deserve your business.
C	Casper van Nijnanten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location to park your car when visiting the Aeolian islands. Very friendly personnel and quick shuttle to and from the ferry. Hardly any waiting time, we were off the ferry and into the car under 5 minutes.
