★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous n avons pas loué ici car tous les véhicules étaient sortis. Mais l employé, à l heure de fermeture, s est plié en 4 pour nous trouver un véhicule dans une autre agence ( plusieurs coups de fils passés ) , er nous a indiqué un lieu sympa, proche et pas cher pour déjeuner et attendre.
Nous avions déjà loué par Europcar l an dernier en Sicile : aucun problème, excellent accueil, et réductions pour les assurés GMF. Qu on se le dise !
We did not rent here because all vehicles were out. But the employee, at closing time, bent over backwards to find us a vehicle in another agency (several phone calls made), and indicated a nice, close and inexpensive place to have lunch and wait.
We had already rented by Europcar last year in Sicily: no problem, excellent reception, and discounts for GMF policyholders. Spread the word !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Són poc sèrios. Quan hem tornat el cotxe hem vist que ens han cobrat un suplement de 45€ extra que el noi no ens ha sapigut explicar. Deia que sortia per defecte en el sistema. Hem contactat amb Europcar per email i ens han dit que era el suplement de temporada alta (quan vam agafar el cotxe a Catània Aeroport ens van dir que ja hi estava inclòs amb el preu).
Ens hem queixat però han passat completament.
They are not serious. When we returned the car we saw that we were charged an extra € 45 that the boy did not know how to explain. It said it came out by default on the system. We contacted Europcar by email and they told us it was the high season supplement (when we took the car to Catania Airport we were told it was already included with the price).
We have complained but they have passed completely.
