D	Dodi Deste on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozio, ma la ceretta non la consiglio ti spezzano il pelo perché sbagliano il verso del pelo, saltano a tratti le zone perché non ricontrollano bene e poi non ti puliscono adeguatamente. Nice shop, but I don't recommend waxing, they will break your fur because they miss the direction of the fur, they sometimes skip areas because they don't double check and then they don't clean you properly.

Non ho mai avuto bisogno di aspettare o prenotare: entro e nel giro di un'ora sono fuori con taglio e piega fatti The hairdressers are very nice, they understand the cut on the fly and are able to modify it easily based on the customer's needs. Gentilezza, simpatia insomma tutto ciò che rende un salone accogliente. Poi questa mattina vado da loro per sistemarmi in vista della mia serata, l'ultima dell'anno e ahimè, che dire. Se mi fossi pettinata da me sarebbe stato lo stesso!!! Ho spiegato alla ragazza che mi ha servita che non era ciò che le avevo chiesto ma niente, per lei andavano bene e dovevano andare bene anche a me. La titolare ha detto " vai avanti" alla ragazza, come se io non avessi detto niente. Capisco che le richieste sono tante ma capisco anche che se non è da me lamentarmi e se ho scelto di andare dal parrucchiere oggi è perché avrei voluto sentirmi a mio agio stasera e invece .. alla cassa non mi è stato neanche chiesto scusa anzi a scusarmi sono stata io!!! Ora sono in cerca di un salone ma naturalmente chi vuoi che abbia spazio per sistemare questo scempio l'ultimo dell'anno?!!! Per mia figlia che dire Salvatore è sempre il top, lei contenta ed è ciò che si aspettava, i suoi capelli sono perfetti, peccato! I have been a customer for a while I have not lived here but as soon as I can I turn to them and I must be honest they have always done a commendable job. Kindness, sympathy in short, everything that makes a living room welcoming. Then this morning I go to them to settle down for my evening, the last of the year and alas, what to say. If I had done my hair it would have been the same !!! I explained to the girl who served me that it was not what I asked her but nothing, they were fine for her and they had to be fine for me too. The owner said "go ahead" to the girl, as if I hadn't said anything. I understand that the requests are many but I also understand that if it is not for me to complain and if I chose to go to the hairdresser today it is because I wanted to feel at ease tonight and instead ... at the cashier I was not even asked to apologize, rather to apologize it was me!!! Now I'm looking for a salon but of course who do you want to have room to fix this mess on New Year's Eve? !!!
