Appena arrivato all’ingresso del pronto soccorso due membri del corpo sanitario (una delle quali scoprirò essere la dottoressa visitante) mi accolgono in modo piuttosto scortese e ai limiti della maleducazione. Mi viene ascoltata la schiena, ma solo dopo il consiglio dell’infermiera la dottoressa scopre che stava utilizzando uno stetofonendosopio da bambini. Sorvolando su questo, mi è stata poi controllata la gola e l’esito della visita è stato una banale gola arrossata. Poco soddisfatto la stessa mattina mi reco anche da un medico di fiducia e dopo una breve visita mi viene diagnosticata un’infezione da streptococco vista la presenza di importanti placche grigie su tutte le tonsille e mi viene subito prescritta una cura di antibiotici. Sorvolando perciò sulla maleducazione data anche la totale inattendibilità del referto sconsiglio assolutamente di recarsi in questa struttura. V	V F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo due ore e mezza di attesa per un cambio di medico curante, tra numerazione non funzionante e gente che giustamente si lamentava, ti liquidano dicendo che non è possibile farlo perché "la regione Lazio non comunica con le altre regioni". Mi sembra paradossale che nell'era del digitale ci siano strutture che dovrebbero erogare servizi primari "isolate" dal resto del mondo. Senza parlare dell'indisponenza e dell'assoluta mancanza di tatto e professionalità del personale. Fate lavorare gente preparata e che ha voglia. It seems to me paradoxical that in the digital age there are structures that should provide primary services "isolated" from the rest of the world. Not to mention the indisposed and the absolute lack of tact and professionalism of the staff. Get people who are prepared and willing to work.

Mi hanno scoppiato una bolla molto grande e hanno lasciato tutta la pelle li bendandomi e dicendo di chiamare il cup per le medicazioni. Risultato? Gli appuntamenti solo a Trastevere. Infermieri infuriati perché se avessi tenuto più giorni la ferita con la pelle attaccata avrei avuto un importante infezione alla gamba. Ora porterò le bende e verrò medicata giornalmente per molto tempo prima che si rimargini il buco. Complimenti. Incompetent. They can't even cure a burn.
