★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente ho installato l'ennesimo impianto della Coral e, anche in questa circostanza, tutto è stato perfetto. Anche il servizio di post-vendita. Questo ci ha permesso di risolvere un malfunzionamento non dovuto all'impianto, ma a un nostro errato utilizzo dello stesso.
Ribadisco, è un'azienda affidabile e il personale è disponibile al dialogo e a trovare la giusta soluzione.
I recently installed yet another system of the Coral and, in this circumstance, everything was perfect. Also the after-sales service. This has enabled us to solve a malfunction not due to the system, but our misuse of the same.
I repeat, it is a reliable company and the staff is willing to talk and find the right solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima professionalità per quanto riguarda lo smontaggio/cambio dei filtri dell'impianto. Per quanto riguarda quello logistico un po' meno. Spiego meglio: i filtri devono essere recuperati dal cliente (o in sede da loro o tramite corriere) gli operai che vengono ad effettuare il cambio filtri non hanno le competenze per agire sul quadro elettrico dove gli avevo segnalato un errore che era comparso da tempo (la loro risposta: segnaliamo l'errore in ditta). Comunque ottimo lavoro
