★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio post-vendita inesistente. Ho erroneamente acquistato dei drum al posto dei toner. Alla richiesta di sostituzione si è' capito subito che non era un loro problema. Non ordinerò più da loro, questo è certo.
Non-existent after-sales service. I mistakenly bought some drum instead of toners. It was immediately clear to the replacement request that it was not their problem. I will no longer order from them, that is certain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un toner originale per una stampante e dopo una settimana dall'ordine ho ricevuto una mail in cui mi si diceva che non era più reperibile. Mi veniva proposto l'acquisto di 2 toner compatibili al prezzo di quello originale. Non mi si è dato il tempo di rispondere (volevo il rimborso!) ed ecco mi vedo recapitare il pacco. Ho scritto per avere chiarimenti in merito e non avuto alcuna risposta.
Non acquisterò più presso questo esercizio.
I ordered an original toner for a printer and after a week from the order I received an email saying that it was no longer available. I was offered the purchase of 2 compatible toners at the price of the original one. I was not given time to respond (I wanted a refund!) And here I see the package delivered. I wrote to get clarification on this and did not get any response.
I will not buy again at this exercise.
