In risposta: Sul termine "maleducazione" me ne guarderei bene visto che ancora non avevo detto una parola per questo non aveva capito semplicemente perchè nemmeno avevo parlato. Quando si ha a che fare con il pubblico e arriva un cliente o di presenza o al telefono prima di mandarlo a quel paese in maniera scorbutica vedrei prima cosa chiede! Se non siete all'altezza cambiate mestiere visto che mi ha accusato di "telemarketing" ma in realtà era proprio tutt'altro ma non potevate saperlo, al pronto mi avete divorata senza alcun motivo (potevate semplicemente dire che eravate impegnati e che dovevo richiamare in un secondo momento, la gente non è indovina che sanno cosa state facendo, tocca a voi dire se siete impegnati). Non uscitevi sempre con la scusa del "telemarketing" o dei "call center" per giustificare le vostre azioni, non vi chiamano solo quella categoria di persone. Quando una persona vi scrive una recensione negativa invece di aggredirla come vedo è vostro solito fare fatevi due domande.
