★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale assolutamente scortese, non scrivo il nome della cassiera per gentilezza, ho appoggiato il carrellino di plastica nel bordo del nastro alla cassa, non sfiorava assolutamente il nastro trasportatore, perché avevo mal di schiena quasi bloccato, ma le regole sono regole mi ha impartito la cassiera in modo scortese e assolutamente maleducato. Ho detto guardi che mi fa malissimo se mi chino sono costretto a lasciare la spesa qua ho troppo male, la sua risposta, le regole sono regole se vuole vada da dov’è entrato.
Non andrò mai più alla Coop per principio e men che meno alla Coop del centro commerciale Cone’.
Insegnate l’educazione ai vostri dipendenti, quantunque esistano le regole, il buonsenso dovrebbe a volte prevalere, ma dove regna la maleducazione non può esserci spazio per la cortesia e il buonsenso.

I will never go to Coop on principle again, and least of all to Coop in the Cone shopping center.
Teach your employees education, although there are rules, common sense should sometimes prevail, but where rudeness reigns there can be no room for courtesy and common sense.
