V	Valerio Natale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un angolo di genuinità unico nel centro storico di Amelia. Tutti i prodotti caseari vengono fatti nel laboratorio in loco. È possibile acquistare al banco o essere serviti al tavolo (in una sala interna o nel tranquillo terrazzo esterno). Fantastico il piatto del giorno (foto), delle tagliatelle impastate col vino primitivo e condite con ricotta e erbette dell'orto. Fortemente raccomandata la prenotazione. Per i mesi estivi sarebbe forse utile mettere dei ventilatori ad acqua all'esterno per rinfrescare un po' l'aria (nonostante ci sia una ampia tenda, infatti, il caldo si sente comunque molto) - da prendere come un suggerimento propositivo, non una critica. Prezzi onesti e più che rapportati alla qualità dei nutrienti. Tornerò e suggeriro' ad altri molto volentieri. A unique corner of authenticity in the historic center of Amelia. All dairy products are made in the on-site laboratory. You can buy at the counter or be served at the table (in an internal room or on the quiet outdoor terrace). Fantastic dish of the day (photo), noodles mixed with primitive wine and seasoned with ricotta and herbs from the garden. Reservations strongly recommended. For the summer months it would perhaps be useful to put water fans outside to cool the air a little (although there is a large tent, in fact, the heat is still very much felt) - to be taken as a proactive suggestion, not a criticism. Fair prices and more than related to the quality of nutrients. I will come back and recommend to others very willingly.

Il giardino sul retro con tavoli all aperto è un vero incanto, soprattutto se vi capita di starci in un assolato pomeriggio di autunno. Il personale è cortese, i tempi di attesa non sono troppo lunghi, i prezzi leggermente alti ma le portate sono abbondanti e di ottima qualità. Ho assaggiato dei manfricoli con zucca e guanciale davvero eccezionali. Nota bene che i secondi serviti sono esclusivamente formaggi, scamorze e crostoni. Quindi se volete carne o pesce non fa x voi. Locale che consiglio a chiunque cerchi qualità ed atmosfera in un piccolo borgo, gioiello dell'Umbria. Characteristic local in the center of Amelia. It is a cheese shop that has integrated catering into its business. The back garden with outdoor tables is a real delight, especially if you happen to be there on a sunny autumn afternoon. The staff is courteous, the waiting times are not too long, the prices are slightly high but the courses are plentiful and of excellent quality. I tasted some really exceptional manfricoli with pumpkin and bacon. Please note that the main courses served are exclusively cheeses, scamorza and croutons. So if you want meat or fish it's not for you. A place that I recommend to anyone looking for quality and atmosphere in a small village, a jewel of Umbria.

G	George Docwins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for lunch. Dishes from both Umbria and Puglia regions of Italy. Small place so call ahead. Note that there are two different entrances Via Farattini 27 and Via della Repubblica 34 (use whichever is more convenient).
D	Dominic Minghella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect restaurant and cheese shop. Delightful staff. Homemade pasta is to die for. Eat out on the terrace if the weather is okay, take the Le Crete white wine (another Amelia gem) and enjoy a slice of heaven.

They also serve Zanchi wine (and others) our favorite. After your meal you can stock up on their own cheese and some local organic produce .
