★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got lucky and found this place by chance. We had to wait a few minutes because the place was packed with locals (usually a good sign). The service, the food and the ambiance was INCREDIBLE. We had the best pasta so far on our trip to Italy and the best dessert. The house wine was great, a Syrah from Venice. The two gentleman who run the place should be proud... what a gem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for local Umbria food, try the pasta manfricoli cacio e pepe or casarecce pesto zucchine with mozzarella. Local food but with a modern twist and not too heavy. Friendly service. Suggested to book a table, especially on weekends, restaurant is quite small. Only downside, the location is not so great.

All the service was outstanding... And *food*... OMG! Spectacular! We tasted the Filetto di manzo and the Tortelli Della casa! Amazing! It's a must to stop by if doing a road trip!!!
10stars if I could!!!
