★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella la chiesa. Il chiostro è piccolo ma molto grazioso. Il convento è posizionato in zona tranquilla. Una piacevole passeggiata lungo il viale ed è possibile ammirare Capestrano sulla collina di fronte.
The church is beautiful. The cloister is small but very graceful. The convent is located in a quiet area. A pleasant walk along the avenue and it is possible to admire Capestrano on the opposite hill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella la passeggiata che conduce al convento dal centro storico, peccato che si possa vedere solo la chiesetta. Per la biblioteca occorre prenotarsi per una visita guidata che però chi è di passaggio da Capestrano difficilmente potrà organizzare. Anche il chiostro non è visibile se non c'è un frate che lo mostri. Al telefono non risponde nessuno. Peccato!
The walk that leads to the convent from the historic center is beautiful, it is a pity that you can only see the church. For the library it is necessary to book for a guided tour which, however, those passing through Capestrano will hardly be able to organize. Even the cloister is not visible if there is no friar to show it. No one answers the phone. Sin!

È stata una scoperta conoscere la storia di San Giovanni (monaco francese santificato nel 1690).
Da visitare anche l'anessa chiesa di San Francesco.
Dal vialone dei cipressi si gode di una bella vista su Capestrano.
The cloister of the convent with its well and the paintings is really very beautiful.
