★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did spend a day there and had a very nice lunch. The place is stunning - in an old covento where they have a spring. So spring water is everywhere. The place, in the middle of the woods is wonderful.
You can rest easily in this place.
The lunch was also very good, tasty and inspired. Service is very good as well and proposed some nice organic wine from the region.

The food and the restaurant are very good and Max and James are wonderful warm hosts. The grounds are stunning, and the area is extremely beautiful. We could not rate this higher. Thank you for a wonderful wonderful experience.

Most importantly the staff were very helpful and warm, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast fantastic! I could not speak more highly of this hotel. The suurounding area was also very beautiful and we enjoyed out day trip to the sibilini mountains. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Max and James..
