★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarà perché sarò arrivato come un pellegrino un mattino feriale trovando silenzio, pace, intimità e sobrietà. Nel piccolo c'é tutto: il piccolo convento, il chiostro, la cappella, affreschi, chiesetta, il boschetto, lo speco.... un eremo delle carceri in piccolo e calmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A circa 25 minuti di auto da Narni si giunge poco sopra Sant'urbano a questo splendido luogo di pace....e di natura. Si giunge a piedi dalla piccola chiesa con un bellissimo chiostro, sopra al sacro speco una fenditura nella montagna e poi il castagno antichissimo.....si torna con un percorso ad anello fi circa 15 minuti.....vale la pena una visita
About 25 minutes by car from Narni you reach this splendid place of peace ... and nature just above Sant'urbano. You arrive on foot from the small church with a beautiful cloister, above the sacred speco a cleft in the mountain and then the ancient chestnut tree ..... you return with a loop path of about 15 minutes ..... it is worth a visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really recommend it. Such a deep spiritual ambient. Don't forget to visit the higher part of the location which leads to the cave. Enter to the cave if you had the chance (although it's written to not enter, but it doesn't seem serious, because there are neither a person to control nor any lock or gate to prohibite.
If you were lucky, you can pick up some Castagna (fruit) from the tree that S. Francesco planted.
Enjoy it.
Also when you visit the church, you may find doors that are closed, but actually you can open them and you'll find intersting medieval rooms there.
