★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bel posto per una escursione non impegnativa. Molti animali al pascolo, come pecore, capre, cavalli, vacche e maiali... Anche i cani da pastore sono amichevoli. Salendo da Casette di Cottanello si può fare un percorso ad anello tra i boschi, intorno ai pascoli. Con un po' di impegno, al bivio giusto, si può salire fino alla Cappelletta di Cottanello, da cui si gode di una bella vista su Valle Santa.
