Dal 1569 è passata sotto la gestine dei Frati Cappuccini che hanno successivamente intitolato la chiesa a San Serafino da Montegranaro che ha vissuto gran parte della sua vita nel Convento Ascolano. Si possono ammirare gli affreschi delle pareti che raccontano la vita del SANTO, e sotto l' Altare Maggiore , in un' urna è sepolto il SANTO SERFINO Suggestive church, beautiful, full of frescoes.
