★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bah, non ho parole. Iniziamo dal shot a 5€ che neanche in centro a Como lo paghi così tanto. Drink annacquato. Eravamo sotto la pioggia con una sala dentro di cui prima ci dicono che non si può entrare per via del COVID e poi quando richiediamo se era possibile entrare perché pioveva, ci dicono che hanno prenotato la sala per un compleanno. Chieste spiegazioni, sono stati super scontrosi e si sono innervositi. Cura del cliente pari a zero. A mai più??
Bah, I have no words. Let's start with the shot at € 5 that not even in the center of Como you pay that much. Watered down drink. We were in the rain with a room inside which first they tell us that you cannot enter because of COVID and then when we ask if it was possible to enter because it was raining, they tell us that they have booked the room for a birthday. Asked for explanations, they were super grumpy and got nervous. Zero customer care. A never again??
