★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 5-star within its category, that of informal, creative cuisine with an attention to tradition from a modern perspective. Would you expect that good old chinese-american staple, chicken noodles, revisited with a twist putting rabbit at the center of the meaty side and using ‘colatura di acciughe’ to season the broth with a clear wink to asian macerated-fish and soy-based flavors? Would have loved to try more than three dishes, will have to go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool dinner experience in a small and cozy place with a quality menu at a somewhat affordable menu. Classics of Piedmont cuisine and excursions in more creative recipes. Good wine choice at acceptable prices. Maybe not the most breathtaking experience but a decent solution for an evening in the town centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic prosseco and wine selection. Tomato pasta was amazing. Oxtail over cooked. Poached eggs with truffle was ok. Lovely staff but food needs more work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While non of the dishes were extra ordinary or exceptional, the whole experience starting from the welcoming, the wine we have been offered while waiting and the constant high level of different dishes we had, all together gives it my five star choice
