The food was spectacular, the service amazing.
It's definitely the kind of place that makes you want to visit a city just to try again the food.

The first course was the 30 yolk thin pasta with rabbit and olive ragu. Hearty and light, it was sublime!
It was very very good. I mean the sort of pasta that you eat in ever smaller portions to make it last. It was matched with a Piemonte nebbolio which was recommended by the head waiter. A young wine but light with a full flavour despite being 2 years old.
The secondo was veal cooked in vermouth. The veal was tender and the sauce had an elegant hint of sharpness from the vermouth. It was matched with a Barolo with 7 years age which was perfect.
Torino has surprised me with its calmness, perspective of high quality and such tasty food!
Iβve been talked into a Barolo which will be is a βstep upβ. The first sip confirms Iβve gone to a new altitude in terms of quality, I just hope the price increases proportionately and doesnβt run ahead!!!
To cap it off off, they have served four types of chocolate including one with chili and another with hazelnut as well as white and normal. This is to go with a 2011 grappa.!
Overall the food and the service has been of a very high standard.
