★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a well equipped resort with a beautiful private beach. The food served buffet style in a large restaurant is generally excellent with a wide variety of choices.
Most guests are booked as members of groups and the level of service depends on which travel company organized the group. There are seven or eight different colors of wrist bands to determine the extras at the bar which you are entitled to. This got to be a bit annoying.
Staff speak Italian of course and also French, as most guests arrive with French tour groups. There is very limited help available in English though written notices and signs are always provided in an English version.
The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms, a small refrigerator, and a balcony. Wi-Fi service in the rooms costs extra. Free WiFi is available in or near the lobby but requires asking the reception desk for a two hour code. This is inconvenient as the reception desk often has long lineups.

Pros: nice and hard working staff ( especially waiters, bartenders)
Beautiful and we'll maintained gardens
Nice beach and clear sea, enough sunumbrellas and longchairs
Superior rooms spacious
Sicilian food very tasty in the restaurant
Children friendly
Cons:
The times of lunch and dinner are not convenient, they take also only 2 hours, so sometimes it's difficult to catch it
There is no lunch at the pool bar, I missed a lot something like pizza, burgers, wok, you are forced to go to the restaurant to eat
There is no beach bar at all, it's not that close to go to the pool
The snack is very insufficient, in case you miss the lunch, you wait till almost 8 pm hungry
The bar at the hotel closes for long hours during the day and you are not able to have even water
The variety of food is limited
The rooms were sometimes not well cleaned
Some of the receptionist don't speak English well
On the sides of the sidewalks outside are dangerous sharp stones, in the hotel full of children it's very dangerous.
Different all inclusive for different guests, the menu is insufficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An older Hotel which is a good thing. Why? The land is huge, there are no hotels nearby, which means the BEACH IS EMPTY. As it is isolated it is calm and secure. The STAFF is experienced, polite and full of energy even in September. The FOOD is very tasty, we were very happy with a fresh fish everyday plus pizza or pasta plus wine and it is perfect. I rarely say that I would like to come back somewhere but this is the place!
