Passano così i minuti che diventano quarti d ora, poi Mezz'ora ora. Infine un ora. Chiedo spiegazioni e mi viene detto signora qui è cosi. Vada privatamente. Purtroppo non possiamo farci nulla.0.0
ma allora gli appuntamenti a cosa servono???. Risultato. Dopo un ora e mezza di attesa vado via. Un ora di ritardo a lavoro. Mai più
I only put two little stars for the secretary. Appointment made at 10am. Arrival at 9.50am and I wait. Inside there is a person who has not made an appointment. I'm waiting. Thus the minutes pass and they become quarters of an hour, then half an hour. Finally an hour. I ask for explanations and I'm told madam here it is. Go privately. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it.0.0
but then what are the appointments for ???. Result. After an hour and a half of waiting I go away. An hour late for work. Never again

Non viene rispettato MAI l'orario dato..
Impossible to get in touch with their always busy number and they also answer badly when you can't introduce yourself. Impossible to cancel or make an appointment !!!
