Non la cosiglierei. Palazzo imbottigliato nei ponteggi da settembre ad oggi (metà giugno), scadenza dei lavori concordata a dicembre.Al telefono si sono pure permessi di dare la colpa al Covid, a quanto pare loro sapevano dell'emergenza mesi prima dei nostri statisti. A parte le supercazzole rifilate al telefono dal titolare a noi condomini, i lavori sono stati fatti "ad mentula canis", le ringhiere sembrano pitturate da un bambino, la facciata è stata rattoppata maldestramente, e le nuove piastrelle sono imbrattate con la vernice che hanno usato. Hanno pure dato la colpa allo smontaggio dei ponteggi per eventuali "ammaccature" nella vernice, offrendo un ulteriore lavoretto e cercando di pararsi la schiena. I lavori sono iniziati a inizio settembre, e sarebbero dovuti terminare a novembre. Oggi, 18 giugno, stiamo vedendo finalmente la luce, perché solo oggi stanno togliendo i ponteggi dopo ben 10 mesi. Abbiamo visto gli operai venire a lavorare ogni 10 giorni oppure iniziare dalla mattina presto per poi sparire alle 10 di mattina. Durante lo smontaggio del ponteggio un operaio ha passato tutte le ore in presenza a urlare senza prendere mai fiato, ininterrottamente. Per non parlare degli operai che si permettevano a inizio lavoro di commentare con volgarità e versi di ogni tipo ogni mia entrata o uscita di casa. A fine lavori, hanno lasciato tutti i balconi sporchi, in alcuni punti il nero che hanno generato è impossibile da mandare via con i prodotti che le persone usano normalmente per pulire! Per non parlare delle cicche e delle bottiglie usate lasciate sui balconi! Non è questo il modo di lavorare, maleducati e inaffidabili. Quando ci siamo permessi di chiamare per chiedere l'andamento dei lavori hanno avuto il coraggio di chiamare in causa le difficoltà a seguito del covid, quando il lavoro sarebbe dovuto terminare ben 4 mesi prima dell'inizio dell'emergenza covid! Do 5 stelle a questa azienda, perché ha effettuato ottimamente i lavori di decorazione delle scale nel nostro condominio storico in centro Torino; considerando che versavano in pessimo stato, sono state restaurate in tempi brevi e posso dire che hanno decisamente cambiato faccia. Sottolineo la disponibilità e la cortesia dei titolari nel venire incontro al cliente. Consigliato! Professionalism, punctuality, courtesy.
