★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso appuntamento ho dovuto aspettare 15 minuti che le signore pagate con soldi pubblici finissero la loro chiacchiera mattutina per degnarsi a decidere di cominciare finalmente a lavorare (tanto io ho taaaanto tempo da perdere...) poi finalmente, dopo 40 minuti per generare un foglio con appiccicata sopra la foto, mi dicono che la foto non va bene. E ok. Torno con la foto rifatta bene e si sbagliano due volte a copiare il mio nome (facile, un nome comunissimo). Insomma, come si dice in Spagna: son funcionarios... che tristezza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi hijo le robaron la cartera con la documentacion el 21de diciembre de 2021 en Roma. Viajabamos a los dos dias a Turin y el 27 desde Turin de vuelta a Valencia. Fueron extremadamente diligentes y al dia siguiente le prepararon la documentacion para poder viajar de vuelta. Solucionaron un gran problema con muchisima amabilidad y rapidez. Gran atencion.
My son's wallet with the documentation was stolen on December 21, 2021 in Rome. We traveled two days to Turin and on the 27th from Turin back to Valencia. They were extremely diligent and the next day they prepared the documentation for him to travel back. They solved a big problem with great kindness and speed. Great attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO PONGO CERO PORQUE NO SE PUEDE. Trato desagradable, atención telefónica inexistente, atención por correo electrónico aleatoria y profesionalidad casual (depende de con quién tengas que resolver tu problema). Llevo siglos residiendo en el extranjero y teniendo que realizar trámites en los consulados españoles. Creo que este es el peor de todos. Si este es el "personal diplomático" español no quiero ni imaginarme cómo será el personal de a pie, el que no pertenece a "la casta de los privilegiados" y gana un sueldo normalito trabajando sus 8 horas al día.
I DON'T PUT ZERO BECAUSE YOU CAN'T. Unpleasant treatment, non-existent phone support, random email support and casual professionalism (depends on who you have to solve your problem with). I have been living abroad for centuries and having to carry out procedures at Spanish consulates. I think this is the worst of all. If this is the Spanish "diplomatic staff" I don't even want to imagine what ordinary staff will be like, the one who doesn't belong to "the privileged caste" and earns a normal salary working 8 hours a day.
