★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata (da Trieste) con previo appuntamento. La segretaria mi risponde che la collega non c'è e che devo riprovare a richiamare appena dopo il 24. Avevo comunque provato a chiamare un paio di giorno prima per confermare l'appuntamento e nessuno mi ha mai risposto.
Consiglio fortemente per chi deve fare carte o altre cose di chiamare a Milano o Roma e di provare a farlo online.
I went (from Trieste) with an appointment. The secretary replies that the colleague is not there and that I have to try to call back again just after the 24th. However, I had tried to call a couple of days before to confirm the appointment and no one ever answered me.
I strongly recommend for those who have to do cards or other things to call in Milan or Rome and try to do it online.
