★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel très peu investi . Nous étions sur Venise et nous les avons sollicité pour notre problème : à savoir effectuer un test PCR pour rentrer en France était quasi impossible .
La personne nous a dit de rester sur Venise plus longtemps afin d’avoir le temps de faire le test ou bien de louer une voiture pour retourner en France ... merci des supers conseils !! En même temps le consulat allait fermer ses portes à midi donc à 11.45 elle nous a gentiment fait comprendre que ce n’était pas son problème en mettant sa veste sur le dos et en éteignant les lumières pour aller manger ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4.6 mattina provo a chiamare il consolato generale a Roma chiedendo informazioni sull'ingresso turistico in Normandia e mi risponde uno scortese, incompetente personaggio che in un italiano stentato sostiene che non è possibile l'ingresso in Francia ad agosto per motivi turistici.
Poi, sorpresa! Al pomeriggio mi richiama una gentile signora che, non solo mi dice non essere vero quanto sostiene il suo collega di Roma, ma mi dà utili informazioni.
Bene così, ottima immagine del paese che rappresenta.

4.6 morning I try to call the consulate general in Rome asking for information on the tourist entrance in Normandy and an unkind, incompetent character answers me in a broken Italian who claims that it is not possible to enter France in August for tourist reasons.
Then, surprise! In the afternoon a kind lady calls me back, who not only tells me not to be true what her colleague in Rome claims, but gives me useful information.
Well so, excellent image of the country it represents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dans un premier temps, il est important de souligner que l’adresse Google n’est pas la bonne, en effet, le consulat se trouve à quelques centaines de mètres à droite du pont du rialto, une rue à gauche après avoir passé le « Restaurante Florida ». Ne comptez évidemment pas sur le personnel pour vous guider, nous avons cherché pendant près d’une heure , et le personnel au bout du fil à la place de nous renseigner nous faisait remarquer que nous devions nous dépêcher car l’heure de la fermeture était proche ! Une fois le consulat trouvé, la procédure a été rapide et efficace bien que le personnel manque un peu de compréhension.
