★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you very much for the organization for the Cooking Class. We had a great time there, learned much about Piedmontese cooking (especially important for me: How making pasta the right way), had a really good lunch and our host was very pleasant. So indeed is was a day we enjoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelling to a new destination always creates an element of stress and anxiety when developing the itinerary. Sure the internet is there with its exhaustive plethora of “Things to See/Things to Do”, but then having to coordinate time/places/drivers, book, pay and then organize it all from Canada, really kills the anticipated excitement! For our 5 day Truffle trip to Alba, Italy, Daniela Ferrero at Langhe Experience - Tours & Events was a monumental help!! Together we worked for weeks crafting the exact experience envisioned for this bucket list adventure.
Thank you Daniela, we had a perfect getaway!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great truffle hunting experience! Booking and communication was excellent and super fast! Highly recommend the private truffle hunting tour! Our truffle hunter Carlo and his cute dog buc passionately explained and showed us all there is to know about truffles and how to hunt them! We found a white and a black truffle! Definitely a must to complete your wine and dine experience in Piedmont during truffle season!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The truffle hunting experience was something else, thanks to Carlo the truffle hunter for showing such great disposition and patience, we found two truffles, even though it was supposed to be a "simulated" experience, and we got to keep them. The trattoria which we were taken to, was really good, they were kind enough to prepare special dishes for the truffles we found.
The two wineries were also great, one a local producer of Barbaresco with great wines called Sassi San Cristoforo, and the second one, a bigger one called Giovanni Rosso, great experience overall.
We had a personal driver for all the activities, which was great.
