Personale molto preparato e capace di soddisfare le più svariate esigenze personali. Accoglienza e trattamento cliente top con una grande capacità di fidelizzazione del cliente a livelli alti, basti pensare che ogni festa si verrà invitati in agenzia per essere omaggiati di regali; sconti....Anche le proposte di viaggio ricevute sono sempre accompagnate da prezzi davvero concorrenziali e soprattutto con omaggi (esempio parcheggio gratuito in aereoporto ecc ).
