Indisponente e quando le si domanda qualcosa risponde pure in maniera arrogante! Se non sei soddisfatta del tuo lavoro cambialo, la gentilezza e l'educazione sono le basi quando si ha a che fare con il pubblico

Pessimo servizio telefonico, non permettono all'utenza di comunicare in alcun modo con l'utenza e non rispondono nemmeno alle email.
