★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per il calcolo Isee non è previsto alcun costo, è totalmente gratis per tutta Italia.. In questo caf chiedono a pagare 70 euro poi fare una tessera obbligatorio. Caf fuorilegge. I won't recommend
for the Isee calculation there is no cost, it is totally free for all of Italy .. In this café they ask you to pay 70 euros then make a compulsory card. Outlaw Caf. I won't recommend

MI AVVICINO PENSANDO CI FOSSE UNA PICCOLA MANIFESTAZIONE E MI ACCORGO DI UNA PERSONA IN GIACCA E CRAVATTA ( DI NOME MARIO ZURLO)
CHE CON FARE MOLTO GENTILE SMISTAVA PERSONE DI VARIE NAZIONALITA' DALL' ESTERNO ALL' INTERNO DELL' UFFICIO.
MI GUARDA, MI CHIEDE ALCUNE COSE RIGUARDO LE MIE ESIGENZE E MI FISSA IN TEMPI BREVI UN APPUNTAMENTO.
ARRIVO 2 GIORNI DOPO IN APPUNTAMENTO; CON IL CONSULENTE SIG. GIOVANNI ( MOLTO GENTILE E DISPONIBILE ) ESPONGO LE MIE RICHIESTE E MI ASSOCIO AL PATRONATO CON IL PAGAMENTO DI EURO 70 PER TUTTI I SERVIZI OFFERTI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza terribile. Sconsiglio a tutti. Dopo aver concluso le pratiche per il mio licenziamento e aver pagato 70€ per la registrazione ho chiesto assistenza per un sindacalista. L’ufficio mi ha rimbalzato più di 5 volte dicendomi ogni volta che avrebbero chiamato direttamente loro il sindacalista, che gli avrebbero mandato mail con una richiesta di contattto e che mi avrebbero ricontattato direttamente loro nel giro di pochi giorni. Nonostante i continui solleciti alla fine della fiera mi hanno chiesto di andare da loro in ufficio per risolvere tutto per poi scoprire che nessuno aveva inoltrato la mia richiesta al sindacalista ne tanto meno mandato nessuna mail per una richiesta di colloquio. Ho perso intere giornate per poi scoprire alla fine che bastava darmi un banalissimo numero di telefono da contattare e recarmi ad un altro indirizzo per parlare direttamente con l’interessato. Una disorganizzazione imbarazzante. Veramente un esperienza terribile.
Terrible experience. I advise against everyone. After completing the paperwork for my dismissal and paying € 70 for registration, I asked for assistance for a trade unionist. The office bounced me more than 5 times, telling me every time they would call the unionist directly, that they would send him an email with a request for contact and that they would contact me directly within a few days. Despite the constant reminders at the end of the fair they asked me to go to their office to solve everything and then discover that no one had forwarded my request to the trade unionist, much less sent any email for an interview request. I wasted whole days only to discover in the end that it was enough to give me a trivial phone number to contact and go to another address to speak directly with the person concerned. An embarrassing disorganization. Truly a terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visto nascere e crescere questo Caf, punto di riferimento importante ( basta vedere chi entra anche solo per salutare) e di supporto al cittadino. Il team e' aggiornato e competente ma soprattutto di grande umanità. Con persone straniere che a stento parlano italiano, con pazienza, i ragazzi cercano di comprendere e risolvere ogni problema e richiesta. Team manager Mario Zurlo, fantastico formatore e motivatore dei team che si alternano e crescono per aprire altri Caf in altre zone. La tessera ha un costo più che adeguato per tutti i servizi offerti e per i consigli per migliorare situazioni fiscali o pensionistiche o altro.
I saw the birth and growth of this Caf, an important point of reference (just see who comes in even just to say hello) and support for the citizen. The team is up-to-date and competent but above all of great humanity. With foreign people who hardly speak Italian, with patience, the children try to understand and solve every problem and request. Team manager Mario Zurlo, fantastic trainer and motivator of the teams that alternate and grow to open other Cafes in other areas. The card has a more than adequate cost for all the services offered and for advice to improve tax or pension or other situations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People working here are very arrogant. At reception, you will literally see a RADIO, she recites same things over and over. She have Zero organising skills and ready to tell you “Un attimo ” everytime you ask something and you wait forever and watch her giggle over mobile. The most funny and contrasting thing is that they help you make permesso and other documents (and ofcourse, one (foreigners) would go to them when he don’t understand italian) Viola! they dont speak English!!
They don’t have respect for you time!!
