★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, è più di un mese che si sono trattenuti l'acconto a fronte di un finanziamento negato, fate attenzione !!! Hanno dei contratti che ingannano il cliente, oltre a violare la privacy dopo aver dato l'acconto si rendono introvabili, truffaldini ed inconcludenti, vaghi nelle risposte.
Mi dispiace, mio fratello, disabile di 19 anni, è stato ingannato e ad oggi ancora attendiamo una risposta ufficiale del perchè si sono trattenuti la somma. Vergogna !!!

Servizio non all'altezza del nome.... sicuramente non torneremo a fare alcun intervento/tagliando sulla nostra D. MAX. Siamo venuti in assistenza per un difetto di Fabbrica ripeto di Fabrica e mi sono sentita dire che sono andata a fare polemica e se non mi sta bene di no' non lasciare la macchina... ci entrava l'acqua in macchina in quanto un bullone era sprovvisto di guarnizione... secondo loro l'unico servizio che ci dovevano fornire era semplicemente cambiare il pezzo e lasciarci la macchina bagnata anche con l'odore della tapizzeria... ho chiamato il servizio clienti Isuzu Italia e loro sono intervenuti e ci hanno chiesto anche scusa... insomma hanno messo questa guarnizione e dicono di aver asciugato e igienizzato l'abitacolo... io dubito che hanno asciugato bene in quanto sul sedile posteriore, ai piedi di mio figlio mi sono appoggiata per poter chiedere la cintura di sicurezza e appena alzata avevo il pantaloni in ginocchia bagnati....
My review is strictly on the support service and not on the sale. Service does not live up to the name .... surely we will not return to do any intervention / cutting on our D. MAX. We came in assistance for a fault in Fabrica's Fabbrica I repeat and I was told that I went to controversy and if it's not good for me I wouldn't leave the car ... water entered the car as a bolt it was devoid of gasket ... according to them the only service they had to provide us was simply to change the piece and leave the machine wet even with the smell of the tap ... I called the customer service Isuzu Italy and they intervened and there they also apologized ... in short, they put this seal on and say they have dried and sanitized the interior ... I doubt that they dried well because in the back seat, at my son's feet, I leaned in order to ask for the belt I had my trousers in wet knees for safety and just got up.
