★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato pomeriggio con una mia amica abbiamo passato due ore favolose al concept image.
Non è la prima volta che faccio i loro percorsi, ho sempre trovato pulizia, professionalità, gentilezza e simpatia. Sono contenta che anche la mia amica, che metteva piede qui per la prima volta, ha constatato tutto questo.
Un grazie speciale va alla ragazza che ci ha accompagnato durante il percorso e che ho avuto il piacere di avere come massaggiatrice, veramente bravissima!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo hammam è un rifugio sicuro nel cuore di Roma, dove entrati, si perde la cognizione del tempo e ci si abbandona a profumo di incenso e olio per massaggi. Ho usufruito più volte del percorso hammam, con una buona tisana di benvenuto, scrub naturale e sapone nero direttamente applicati durante il bagno turco e un massaggio strepitoso di 1 ora. Tutte le massaggiatrici sono preparatissime e tutti i massaggi che vengono svolti davvero validi. Se volete dedicarvi due ore di tempo per voi e il vostro benessere non c'è posto migliore di Concept Image. Da non sottovalutare la cortesia di tutti, nessuno escluso.
 This hammam is a safe haven in the heart of Rome, where you enter, you lose track of time and indulge in the scent of incense and massage oil. I have used the hammam path several times, with a good welcome herbal tea, natural scrub and black soap directly applied during the Turkish bath and an amazing 1 hour massage. All the masseuses are very well prepared and all the massages that are carried out really valid. If you want to dedicate two hours of time for yourself and your well-being, there is no better place than Concept Image. The courtesy of everyone should not be underestimated, no one excluded.

Waited for one hour and 15 minutes while they took walk ins and late appointments. Extremely rude staff. A hurting and desperate business in need of customers (for good reason) just lost another two

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited concept image recently for a massage with my wife. We went through the aquamarine spa path and both had an amazing time. No problem whatsoever, very friendly staff and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m still a bit shocked… went to do a trial for the laser so the nice lady said ok we will try one side for free. This was the agreement. Once we finished she suggested I do the other and I agreed.
I asked for all the prices after only to find out that it’s super expensive and only the armpits costs 80 euros. The manager who was there asked me to pay 80 euros for the armpit (prova gratuita) saying that it was only meant for one side. So when I tried to explain that in this case I’d have to pay only one side 40 euros. He totally refused and insisted I have to pay the full 80!
Other than the fact that the prices are outrageous… I just got robbed!
