★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero un peccato che nel periodo dei saldi con nessuna persona in negozio il personale addetto ti ignori per tutto il tempo perché deve chiacchierare con il visual merchandising in visita. Ho lasciato lì tutto quello che volevo acquistare dopo essere stati accusati di essere dei “rompiballe” perché in negozio “ ci sono tante cose da fare “. Mi chiedo se quando fanno i colloqui di lavoro pensano anche a formare il personale. Avete ancora tanta strada da fare. Bello sbaglio. Enorme.
Really a shame that in the sales period with no person in the store the staff ignores you all the time because they have to chat with the visiting visual merchandise. I left there everything I wanted to buy after being accused of being a "pain in the ass" because in the shop "there are so many things to do". I wonder if they also think about training staff when they do job interviews. You still have a long way to go. Nice mistake. Huge.
