 Clothing store in the main street of Alexandria, professional, polite and helpful staff. Also appreciated by my 18 year old son. It is worth visiting to see their collections.

Soddisfattissimo.
I prodotti sono di ottima fattura.
Sicuramente ci tornerò.
I had to buy a men's suit, with the help of the very helpful saleswoman it took us 20 minutes. Suit, shirt, tie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono recata diverse volte in questo punto vendita ad acquistare...Molti dei commessi sono disponibili e cortesi.La ragazza alta invece e' quanto di peggio ci possa essere.Mai un sorriso...a stento saluta...Ti tratta con sufficienza ed e' veramente maleducata...Se non fosse per il prodotto e per glia ltri non ci andrei davvero piu'.Se posso dare un consiglio,suggeriti alla signorina un po' piu' di affabilita',pessima
I went several times to this store to buy ... Many of the shop assistants are helpful and courteous.The tall girl is the worst it can be.Never a smile ... barely says hello ... She treats you with enough and she's really rude ... If it weren't for the product and the others I wouldn't really go there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commesse non all'altezza... stavo per misurare una giacca... una commessa me l'ha tolta dalle mani.. dicendomi è dell'altro cliente... peccato che io l'abbia presa dall'attaccappani. addirittura ti invitano a passare in settimana pensando che la domenica fossi andando lì a perdere tempo... peccato che lavoro dal lunedì al sabato e mio unico giorno disponibile è proprio la domenica. Ho comprato presso un altro negozio.perso cliente abituale.
Shop assistants not up to par ... I was about to measure a jacket ... a shop assistant took it out of my hands ... telling me it belongs to the other customer ... too bad I took it from the hanger. they even invite you to spend the week thinking that on Sunday you were going to waste time ... too bad that I work from Monday to Saturday and my only available day is Sunday. I bought at another store. Lost repeat customer.

Entriamo in negozio, sabato 14/05/2022 ore 12,30, negozio molto bello e curato ricco di stile ed eleganza; la commessa, impegnata a lamentarsi che era sabato mattina e stava lavorando non ci saluta. Dopo aver fatto un giro nel negozio chiedo alla stessa commessa che nel frattempo ci è venuta ad assistere, se aveva un abito blu necessario per un evento. Dato il fatto che sono robusto mi dice che l unico modello disponibile era un classico, chiedo di farmelo provare.
Una volta indossato, mi accorgo che la giacca mi sta molto male, o meglio,essendo di taglia grande rimaneva sformata nelle spalle (poche spalle), chiedo alla commessa se esisteva un giacca con meno spallina o una soluzione alternativa, lei mi risponde in maniera superba che per la mia corporatura non c' erano soluzioni l unica cosa da fare era andare al Facit.
Io rimetto i miei vestiti saluto la commessa dell' anno ed esco.
Senza fare troppa strada esattamente 150m, entro nel negozio Doppelganger dove un commesso educatissimo mi ha aiutato a trovare ciò che cercavo. Dopo 1 ora di consigli prove e risoluzioni esco dal negozio con il mio abito blu, camicia, cintura e per merito del commesso anche una polo casual che nn guasta mai.
L anima dei negozi sono le commesse/i,
purtroppo non tutti possono farlo come mestiere

Entrata tutte molto gentili e simpatiche, chiedo subito alla commessa che avrei dovuto fare un regalo due camicie taglia 41 slim fit.
Scelte le fantasie, oltrettutto una delle due molto scontata la commessa mi dice di essere stata molto fortunata a trovarla ancora.
Arrivata alla cassa mi chiede se volessi lo scontrino regalo, le dico di no che non mi sarebbe servito, l'importante era che le camicie fossero taglia 41 slim fit! Mi conferma il tutto, mi fa il pacco inserendo le due camicie dentro una busta regalo e mi da un sacchetto( che scopro solo dopo averlo pagato 0.50centesimi senza nemmeno chiedermi se lo volessi o meno)
Arrivo a casa do il regalo e dentro trovo a mia sorpresa le due camicie peccato che una era taglia 41 e l'altra una 39! Proprio quella che a dir sua ero stata fortunata a trovare la taglia disponibile.
PESSIMA ESPERIENZA! Questo è essere disoneste
Peccato perché hanno una vasta scelta di camicie .
Sicuramente non andrò più e non lo consiglierò a nessuno. Si potesse mettere 0 avrei messo quello inveve che 1
I bought two shirts for a gift at this shop.
Upon entering, all very kind and nice, I immediately ask the saleswoman that I should have made a gift of two shirts size 41 slim fit.
Once the fantasies have been chosen, plus one of the two very obvious, the saleswoman tells me that she was very lucky to find it again.
Arriving at the cashier she asks me if I wanted the gift receipt, I say no that I would not need it, the important thing was that the shirts were size 41 slim fit! He confirms everything, he makes me the package by inserting the two shirts inside a gift bag and gives me a bag (which I discover only after paying 0.50 cents without even asking me if I wanted it or not)
Arriving home I give the gift and inside I find to my surprise the two shirts, too bad one was size 41 and the other a 39! Just the one that according to her I was lucky to find the size available.
BAD EXPERIENCE! This is being dishonest
Too bad because they have a large choice of shirts.
I will definitely not go again and will not recommend it to anyone. If you could put 0 I would have put that instead of 1
