A cominciare dai ragazzi del reparto ortofrutta a finire alle ragazze alle casse e all'assistenza clienti. La pulizia e la bontà dei prodotti è nota e fuori discussione. Il sorriso e l'affabilità della proprietaria completano l'immagine di una location dove ..."ti senti a casa".
La 5a stella magari la darò quando revisioneranno l'impianto di climatizzazione e qualcuno del banco salumi acquisterà più pazienza. Per il resto..."persone oltre le cose." ?
 It is one of my favorite stores. Where ... "you feel at home" ... for the courtesy, availability, patience and competence of all the staff. Starting with the guys in the fruit and vegetables department and ending with the girls at the checkouts and customer service. The cleanliness and goodness of the products is known and beyond question. The owner's smile and friendliness complete the image of a location where ... "you feel at home".
Maybe I will give the 5th star when they overhaul the air conditioning system and someone from the deli counter will buy more patience. For the rest ... "people beyond things." ?
