★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem wir einen Unfall auf dem Weg in unserem Italien Urlaub hatten, sind wir in diese Werkstatt nach Nola gefahren. Der Chef war sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht, dass Auto innerhalb unseres Urlaubes d.h. einer Woche zu reparieren. Er holte seinen Chefmechaniker, der auch einen sehr kompetenten Eindruck machte und nachdem sie den Schaden begutachtet haben, sagten sie uns zu, den Schaden pünktlich zu beheben. Das ist dann auch so geschehen. Fazit: freundlich, sehr bemüht und kompetent.
 After we had an accident on the way on our vacation in Italy, we drove to this workshop in Nola. The boss was very courteous and tried to repair the car within our vacation, i.e. one week. He got his chief mechanic who also made a very competent impression and after they examined the damage, they promised us to repair the damage on time. That’s what happened. Conclusion: friendly, very hard-working and competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venerdì pomeriggio, in viaggio verso la Calabria con la mia vw. All'altezza di Nola motore in panne, impossibile proseguire. Esco dall'autostrada e mi reco al Service più vicino. Santaniello auto. Sono le 14 ed è chiuso. Alle 14.30 vengo accolto con gentilezza e professionalità. Immediatamente la mia macchina viene presa in consegna. Problema alla bobina di un iniettore. Sostituita. Con l'occasione cambiate anche le candele. Alle 17.30 mi viene riconsegnata l'auto. Riprendo il viaggio senza problemi. Grazie di tutto.
Friday afternoon, traveling to Calabria with my vw. At the height of Nola engine broken down, impossible to continue. I leave the highway and go to the nearest service. Santaniello car. It's 2pm and it's closed. At 2.30 pm I am greeted with kindness and professionalism. Immediately my car is taken over. Injector coil problem. Replaced. With the occasion also change the candles. At 17.30 the car is returned to me. I resume the journey without problems. Thanks for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mah!! Oggi 30 dicembre 2019 per fare riparare l'auto che ho a noleggio (dunque mi serve per lavoro) possono ripararla dopo il 7 gennaio. Ma mica siamo a scuola che si ritorna in quella data.
