Saturday morning for collection of new containers. Two hours in the queue. Only one employee at the counter. Shameful!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ venerdì mattina mi sono recata per ritirare i contenitori nuovi della spazzatura, 1h 30min di coda per non aver la certezza di riuscire a portare a casa i contenitori, si trovava solo un operatore, grazie ad una signora in coda che si é offerta di aiutare a titolo gratuito l'unico impiegato presente (che inseriva i dati, preparava i contenitori e li consegnava, con estrema lentezza), me la sono cavata prima della chiusura, il resto delle persone in coda non hanno avuto la mia fortuna.
Bisogna segnalare una cattiva organizzazione di questo livello.
Inoltre segnalo che non non ho ricevuto alcuna comunicazione di questo cambio di gestione della spazzatura, me l'ha comunicato una parente. Ritengo che un cambio di questa portata necessità di una migliore gestione.
Friday morning I went to collect the new garbage containers, 1h 30min in the queue for not being sure of being able to bring the containers home, there was only one operator, thanks to a lady in the queue who offered to help free title the only employee present (who entered the data, prepared the containers and delivered them, very slowly), I got away with it before closing, the rest of the people in the queue didn't have my luck.
A bad organization of this level should be pointed out.
I also point out that I have not received any communication of this change of management of the garbage, a relative has communicated it to me. I believe that a change of this magnitude needs better management.
