★ ★ ★ ★ ★ provate ad andare a LUINO il 31 luglio ore 15 caldo infernale parcheggio in centro non c'è anima in giro, mi avvio al parchimetro per fare il tagliando, ma la macchinetta accetta solo monete, allora cerco un negozio per cambiare 10€ ma tutto chiuso ripeto ore 15 e la temperatura e di 39° allora vado al bar più vicino ( dove per cambiare i soldi devi consumare) e siccome non ho nessuna voglia ne di bere ne di spendere ulteriori soldi, chiedo se mi cambiano 10€ ma mi viene risposto " mi dispiace ho poco monete " allora faccio ritorno alla macchina, ( saranno passati più o meno 5 minuti), ma aimè intravedo l'ausiliario del traffico che mi sta facendo la multa ( mancata esposizione del tagliando parchimetro ), cerco di spiegare la vicenda ma nulla è servito ( deve parlare con il vigile di turno ) allora mi precipito al comando, dove la vigilessa non ha nessuna voglia di ascoltarmi, e molto scocciata mi dice puà fare ricorso al comandante, io non ho esitato faccio ricorso scrivendo le suddette giustifacazioni.
a distanza di quasi un mese mi arriva la risposta dopo una premessa mi scrive;
si comunica che, dalle argomentazioni addotte non si rilevano cause di esclusione della responsabilità per l'archiviazione del provvedimento amministrativo in corso.
allora mi chiedo; dove è il buon senso?
e perchè hanno tolto l'educazione civica dalle scuole
