...certo, l'approccio iniziale all'ingresso principale...Γ¨ un po "fuori dal comune"...ok la pandemia,ma l' organizzazione sull'ingresso delle persone,(che reclamano, lecitamente,sulle scale esterne...)sarebbe da rivedere.

... of course, the initial approach to the main entrance ... is a bit "out of the ordinary" ... ok the pandemic, but the organization on the entrance of people, (who claim, lawfully, on the external stairs ...) would need to be reviewed.

1 star because I can't give 0. Entering this office is like going back to the 1930s of the economic depression. Not very efficient and poorly organized. Municipal employees who do not want to work and endless waiting. It sucks

Va bene anche se Γ¨ razzismo ma per favore no quando a lavoro.anche Γ¨ successo cosi io ho detto grazie ma lei no risponde neanche.
Madam, no there is a lot of patience. I have always spoken quietly but I feel she is not very interested. Keep repeating go home go home to me more than 10 times. I feel really offended. Okay even if it's racism but please no when at work. It also happened so I said thank you but she doesn't answer either.

β β β β β Very impolite bad attitude at the counter, she gets mad for no reason as soon as we got inside of the room. It's the brunette 50+year old woman ?but the blonde door lady was nice and helpful

β β β β β Super nice and friendly people work inside, they explained very clearly to make sure you understand everything you sign. And also very helpful with solving problems.
They help me dealing with some automatic set-in part of my nationality and correct it right! Besides, in the process they are always patient, itβs one of my best experience with the bureaucracy in Italy.
Remember to call them or use SPID visit their website to get an appointment before you go. And you will have an amazing experience. βΊοΈ
