Millesimo è raggiungibile grazie al proprio casello autostradale sull autostrada A6, Torino Savona. Si trova a poco più di 7 km dal confine con il Piemonte. Santa Maria Extra Muros, in stile romanico a pianta basilicale, risalente al XII secolo...riportata agli antichi splendori nel corso degli anni '60 e adornata da pregevoli affreschi in stile gotico...recentemente recuperati.... e da un'antica vasca battesimale risalente all'epoca di costruzione della chiesa....Mllesimo...zona boschiva ricca di castagni, noccioli, ontani neri, betulle, robinie, nella Valle dei Tre Re. Nella zona il Comune ha recuperato un vecchio edificio adibendolo a foresteria -ostello con 10 posti letto, e attrezzato un’area pic-nic per gli escursionisti......canoa e canottaggio nel vicino lago di Origlia.... .Città del tartufo, Millesimo e le colline della zona sono terre di caccia degli esperti tartufai.... I sapori locali sono anche quelli dei dolci al cioccolato e liquore, i celebri “millesini al rhum”. ??
