★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al telefono call center 055055, o non prendi la linea oppure ne hai 20 o 30 davanti, resti in attesa poi cerchi l'Uff. di Stato Civile, poi finalmente PROVANO a passartelo e alla fine una voce registrata risponde che sono occupati tutti e di richiamare. Una vergogna!! A cosa serve lo 055055??? Astuti!!! A farti perdere 1/2 ora per dirti che uno non può rispondere!!!??? Probabilmente gli amministratori, quelli importanti, quelli che vanno in tv o alla radio a farsi intervistare non sanno che impresa sia telefonare in Municipio. Sistema di lavoro che se fosse in un'azienda privata avrebbe già chiuso. Il responsabile di questo modus operandi dovrebbe vergognarsi e mandato a casa immediatamente! Penosi. Ci vorrebbero dei controlli dall'alto.

Work system that if it were in a private company would have already closed. The person in charge of this modus operandi should be ashamed and sent home immediately! Painful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a last minute decision to catch a train from Florence to Rome and the whole process was easy. I booked online only a few hours before I needed to leave. Simple.
I was dropped off at the station and found my way easily to the digital board where you can see all the comings and goings through Florence. My train was running a little late.
With my digital ticket I walked through easily and when my train arrived jumped on board. Lots of places to store my backpacks
There are good clean toilets, place to grab food and although I was in my guard, felt safe at all times considering I’m a single white female.
Highlybr commend.
