Very nice and helpful staff, I was without an appointment and I was able to get the documentation I wanted while waiting and they slipped me between one appointment and another.

Nella prima sala c'è la sala d'attesa dove si prende il biglietto per il servizio per cui si deve usufruire ed è presente anche un'assistente che vi aiuta nel caso non sappiate a quale sportello rivolgervi. All'interno della sala d'attesa sono appesi vari fogli dove sono scritte informazioni utili sulle pratiche che dovete affrontare, ad esempio è scritto il prezzo per rifare la carta di identità.
Good and fast staff service, I was there to redo the identity card. In the first room there is the waiting room where you take the ticket for the service for which you must use and there is also an assistant that helps you if you do not know which door to contact. Inside the waiting room various sheets are hung where useful information is written on the practices you have to deal with, for example the price is written to redo the identity card.
