Scarico subito l'app e in 3 minuti prenoto per le 11 dello stesso giorno. La prenotazione oramai è obbligatoria in tutti gli uffici pubblici ed è anche utile ad evitare assembramenti. Alle 11 quando sono tornato ho trovato alcuni degli stessi personaggi che c'erano alle 8.30 che ancora protestavano. Tutti personaggi con telefoni di ultima generazione ma che dicevano che non sapevano scaricare e usare l'app. Alla fine è dovuta uscire una responsabile del Comune e fare assistenza di gruppo a questi personaggi. I disservizi lamentati da molti, dalle mancate risposte alle indicazioni assenti, alla sensazione che il servizio call center sia inesistente sono dovuti solo alla non funzionalità del centralino che dà libero anche quando le operatrici sono impegnate nel servire altri cittadini.
